Many of the products we install carry a limited LIFETIME warranty against material or workmanship defects from the manufacturer, and that’s good. But that only means they fix it or replace it if it is defective. They will not cover labor costs for removal, reinstallation or shipping.
Sometimes it’s just a little normal wear and tear. Usually we are able to make a few adjustments and have your problem resolved in no time. As long as it’s minor, we’ll fix it for free.
However, if the window covering is defective, we’ll remove it, pack it up and ship it to the manufacturer for you. We’ll even cover the entire cost of shipping. Once we receive the replacement piece, we’ll even reinstall it for you for FREE!
